When you reserve an appointment with me, you are agreeing to the minimum service price for that appointment, with the understanding that prices are on an “and up” basis.  If late arrival or changes to services scheduled prevents me from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the time was reserved as I would be unable to fill that spot. Should an appointment be canceled or rescheduled without a 48 hour notice, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service/time block. Same day cancelations or no show will be charged 100% of reserved service/time block.
